Apartments Haus am Hang in Dobbiaco
Enjoy your holiday in our comfortable and spacious apartments in Toblach. Our new holiday apartments for 2 to 6 guests are located in a sunny and quiet area with magnificent views of the Dolomites, just 300 metres from the village centre.
We offer two apartments, fully equipped with every comfort, ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Apartments in Toblach/Dobbiaco
We offer two spacious apartments for 2 to 6 guests (each approx. 90 m²).
All apartments feature a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a French double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC, an additional guest toilet, as well as a balcony and a small terrace with magnificent views of the Dolomites.
In both apartments, bed linen as well as kitchen and bath towels are provided. The apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator, and an electric cooker with oven. A covered parking space is also available.
Prices & Infos Apartments Toblach/Dobbiaco
60 € – 150 € per day for 2 people.
140 € – 380 € per day for 4 people.
Surcharge for the 5th and 6th person: 20 €.
Prices are meant per day and apartment and they are valid for minimum stays of at least 3 days.
For all guests over the age of 14 we charge a tourist tax of 2,70 € per person per night. This tax is not included in the stated price and must be paid on site.
Included services:
Final cleaning, WiFi, covered parking space directly in front of the house, bath towels are available free of charge.
Good to know:
Smoking not allowed in the house, payment options: in cash creditcard or by bank transfer.
Check In & Check Out:
The apartments are available from half past 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and we kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartments by half past 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
For our house guests:
In addition, guests receive the guest pass on arrival, which allows to use all public transport free of charge.

Summer
The Three Peaks region offers numerous opportunities for active and relaxing holidays.
Cycling:
Whether you want to take a leisurely bike ride to Lake Dobbiaco, visit the surrounding villages or tackle the climb up to Plätzwiese, the well-developed network of cycle paths covers the entire Puster Valley and is mostly flat.
Lake Dobbiaco & natural swimming lake:
Lake Dobbiaco is ideal for walks and boat trips, while the natural swimming lake in the sports zone provides refreshment on warm days.
Hiking:
In the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Dolomites, numerous hiking trails lead through forests, meadows and alpine pastures to impressive vantage points. Mountain railways take you comfortably to the most beautiful starting points.
Winter
Cross-country skiing:
Dobbiaco is renowned as a cross-country skiing area at the foot of the Three Peaks. Over 150 km of perfectly groomed trails are available, and international World Cup races are regularly held in the Nordic Arena.
Skiing:
The multi-award-winning Three Peaks Dolomites ski area is easily accessible and offers around 100 km of slopes on five connected mountains. Kronplatz and Cortina d’Ampezzo can also be reached by bus or train in less than 30 minutes. Beginners will find ideal conditions at the Rienz Ski Centre in Dobbiaco.
Winter experiences:
Away from the slopes, leisurely snowshoe hikes, romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides to Lake Dobbiaco or relaxed winter hikes invite you to enjoy the snow-covered landscape.
